I have worked as a Personal Trainer and Studio Instructor for the last 3 years. My clients range from 15 to 60 years of age. A lot of my work is gym based in a small gym in Cheltenham but I am able to travel to Gloucester, Cheltenham and Stroud for home Personal Training if it is more convenient for you.

I train clients 1:1 and also in small groups. If you don't fancy training alone and have a friend, or a couple of friends that you would like to train with, this will help cut down the cost for you and have a bit of a laugh at the same time! (Max number in groups is 6).

The first consultation is free, where we do a movement screen and I learn more about you and what you want to achieve! All sessions are designed to work best to your capabilities and what you will enjoy during our session!
